Section 509
Offer or Acceptance Revocable

(1) The proposer may cancel his proposal by notice. However, if the proposer receives the notice that the proposed person has accepted the proposal before receiving the notice that the proposal has been cancelled, such proposal will not be cancelled.
(2) The proposed person can cancel the acceptance sent by him by notice. But if the proposer has received the notice of approval before receiving the notice of cancellation of approval, the approval will not be cancelled.
(3) The person who sent the notice rejecting the proposal may re-accept the proposal and send the notice. However, among the notifications that have been denied or accepted, the contract will not be considered to be concluded if the rejection notification arrives first, and the agreement will be deemed to have been reached if the notification of acceptance has arrived first.
(4) A contract shall not be deemed to have been concluded if the notification as per sub-section (1) has been sent after the proposal has been sent, the notification as per sub-section (2) has been sent after the acceptance has been sent, or the notification as per sub-section (3) has been rejected after the proposal has been rejected, and if such notifications are received by the concerned person at the same time.< br> (5) If the proposer sends an acceptance to the proposal sent by the proposer with a condition or changes something, the proposed person will be deemed to have made a counter proposal.
